Privacy policy

This site is run by Phovaris IT Services in Taylorsville, UT. It collects very little, and this page says exactly what, why, and who else touches it. If anything here is unclear, email hello@phovaris.com and you'll get a straight answer.

What we collect

When you book a free chat

The booking form asks for your name, your work email, what's going on, and optionally a phone number. We use that to call or email you back about your request, and for nothing else. We don't add you to a mailing list and we don't sell or share it.

When you submit the form, the details are sent as an email to our inbox through Microsoft 365, which hosts our email. A copy stays in the sending mailbox. We keep inquiry emails while we're talking with you. If an inquiry doesn't turn into work, we delete it within 12 months.

When you visit the site

We use Umami to count visits. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't store your IP address. It records things like which page was viewed, the referring site, and the type of browser, device and country, in aggregate. We can't use it to identify you.

This site doesn't set its own cookies, and there's no advertising or cross-site tracking.

Who else processes data

• Cloudflare hosts the site and runs Turnstile, the check on the booking form that tells people from bots. To do that it processes technical details from your browser, such as your IP address. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Microsoft delivers and stores the email your form submission becomes. See Microsoft's privacy statement.
• Umami provides the visit counts described above. See Umami's privacy policy.

Your choices

You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email hello@phovaris.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You don't need to give a reason.

Children

This site is for businesses. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If a change affects how we use details you've already sent us, we'll tell you directly.
